To keep strength and weight of the building in harmony, foundation, columns and beams are casted with the best stone chip.
As a standard Interior partition walls are constructed in 5" thickness by using 1st class brick. Walls are provided damp proof courses and treatments where needed. All electric wiring, plumbing and sanitary piping are concealed type. Concrete works are tested to bear crushing-strength not less than 3000 psi. Floor tiles and all luxurious fixations are purchased from best sources in Bangladesh and abroad.
